Nautical Home Shipping and Returns

Free Ground Shipping!

There are no outgoing shipping charges for items ordered and shipped within the continental U.S.A. All the listed prices on all NauticalHome products include ground shipping to all of the lower 48 US states.

Average Shipping Times

Most products ship directly from the manufacturer typically within 2 to 3 business days. The average time for arrival is 7 to 10 days. Exceptions, such as freight items, direct imports or items that are made to order, are noted on the individual product pages.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is also available for an additional charge by calling toll free 1-800-880-4995 in the US, direct 1-720-503-2985 or by emailing service@nauticalhome.com . We do ask that you call or email for these services due to varied shipping locations, factory policies and so that we can ALWAYS guarantee the delivery dates and offer any additonal special attention that may be required for your delivery. Please include the item you want to order, the delivery postal or zip code and the service you require, i.e. overnight, 2-day, 3-day etc.

Alaska & Hawaii

We will do our best to get these items to you but many products cannot be shipped to either Alaska or Hawaii. We will notify you of these exceptions shortly after your order has been placed. If an item can be shipped to these states, there will be an additional shipping charge that you will be made aware of shortly after the order is placed. If the charges are more than you would like to pay, you have the option to cancel your order.

Shipping Multiple Items

Products ordered from different manufacturers may arrive on different dates. We will provide tracking for all items ordered.

Freight Shipping

Larger items shipped by freight include "curbside drop-off" in the listed price. This means that the freight company is NOT obligated to bring an item inside your house. If available, inside delivery or white glove service can be arranged, please call us at 1-800-880-4995. All freight orders that are cancelled or refused without notice after the product has been shipped will be subject to return freight charges and up to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order prior to shipment for a full refund. See refusal of shipments below for information regarding cancellations after shipment.

Returns

All NauticalHome items carry a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN ANY ITEM. ANY PRODUCTS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RMA# WILL BE REFUSED AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS. Any item that is shipped back to the manufacturer damaged or used will not be credited.  Please make sure to package the item back up in it’s original packaging very carefully to prevent any damage on the return.  Do not ship ANY returns to our Dallas office. Returns are received directly by the manufacturers from where they were sent and you MUST have prior authorization and an RMA# before doing so; again, any returns received without prior authorization are liable for additional shipping costs that are incurred for return to correct origin of shipment.

Restocking

For opened packages that are returned without exchange there is a mandatory 20% restocking fee. This covers the cost charged to us by the manufacturer each time we must send back a "non-defective" piece of merchandise without replacement. We will notify you of the exact charges with your return authorization.

Unopened Returns & Refusal of Shipments

If you cancel an order after shipment and refuse the delivery, the outgoing shipping charges will apply and your account will be credited less the actual outgoing shipping charges we incur. Restocking fees are waived as long as the items remain in the original un-opened box they were shipped in.

All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt and you MUST receive prior authorization for the return. RETURNS MADE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ADDITIONAL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. NauticalHome will not accept returns without prior authorization or after 30-days from date of delivery of an order. We do make allowances around the holidays for extended return times. All Christmas orders will have until the following January 30th to return items with prior authorization.

P.O. Boxes, APO's & FPO Shipping. Boxes, & FPO Shipping

We are sorry, but UPS cannot ship to post office boxes at this time. If you place an order and list a PO Box in your "ship to" address, we will contact you for a physical mailing address. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will cancel your order. APO's or FPO's can in most cases be accomodated, but we recommend that you call or email prior to placing your order as additional shipping charges may apply. Because the products we sell ship direct from the manufacturers, we are somewhat limited on the shipping options. Fortunately, many of the companies we are working with realize the need for delivery to military addresses and can ship to APO or FPO....please call or email first.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Exceptions to this are orders shipped to Canada. Merchandise shipped to Canada is subject to the same policy as items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Texas Shipping

NauticalHome is located in Texas and a 8.25% sales tax will be assessed to any order shipped to the state. Texas is the only state where tax of any kind will be added.
